Binging: Resisting Food: Every Cup of Green Tea:

Total: 45/50 90%
Better but Hopefully I can drink 4 glasses of water and that will up it some more. Then I'm going to excercise 20 more minutes. Running. AHhhhhh! And that will up it even more.
Today I weighed at 139.8. :( That put a damper on my day. I wanted to be lower by now. Hopefully by next week I'll be 130. Is that Realistic?

Yay, I made it through a whole day of fasting! and I drank 2 more glasses of water! Whiched upped my score to 45/50 or 90% :)
Cant wait to start tommorrow!!! :)
